Kosaka Pass is a pass connecting Miyagi Prefecture Shiroishi City and Fukushima Prefecture Date County Kunimi Town. The altitude is 441 m. The Miyagi Prefecture Road and Fukushima Prefecture Road No. 46, Shiroishi Kunimi Line pass through the Kosaka Pass. It is open during the winter, however due to the narrow road width and many sharp hairpin curves, heavy-duty vehicles are forbidden for full year.
